I gasped when The Boy told me Christmas was in 8 weeks. Of course I know it’s October but it really stung because I’m not ready — for many reasons!

I’ve started seeing Christmas commercial. Eek! So much for starting shopping in the summer like I said I’d do last year. Why do these boys’ lists get more pricey every year. The Wee Boy is asking for an iPod Touch.  What? He’s 5!

So I decided to up my efforts for some passive income with affiliate marketing and article writing. What do you do to make money at home fast at Christmas? As a Canadian freelance writer, I can’t work for some of the unlimited all-you-can-write buffet writing companies (Demand Studios, Textbroker) so would love some additional info if you can share any.
