Cream of “Mom”Phabet Soup?

So, I’ve heard of the benefits of breast milk but should the public at large be enjoying those benefits? It was a joke in my family that I should bottle and sell my breastmilk on eBay after Wee Boy was born and label it “Phat Baby Juice” because he quickly went from a tiny 5.2 lb 36 week preemie to a rollie pollie 26lb 6 month old. I know it can help heal cuts and sores and conjunctivitis and we all know that colostrum is liquid gold but should restauarants be preparing dishes with human milk?
